We found this house with a big yard and built a fence so that our dog Maga could roam free. Unfortunately, she left us before we move here.

Then one guest's dog, Legend, ran unleashed for the first time in his life. We were so touched to see how happy he was.

The yard is therefore named Legend’s Run.

In memory of our dog Maga, who is a legend herself, hope to bring joy to you and your dogs!

Additional rules

No Third Party Bookings:

-Government issued photo ID is required to book the property. The ID holder needs to stay at the property.

Age Restrictions:

-If more than half of your group are under the age of 25, please send us an inquiry before booking. Reservation will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Pet Policy:

-Please clean after your pet. No cat, please.

NO Smoking or Vaping or Marijuana inside or within 15ft of the property

Guest Capacity:

-No more than the agreed number of people can stay overnight. If we find out, we can charge an additional $100/per person per each night of stay.

-Please inform Property Manager if you are expecting guests that not staying overnight. No more than 12 people can be at the property at any given time.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out

-Please no early check-in or late check-out without permission from the property manager or host. You will be charged a late fee of $25 per 30minutes after checkout time until the home is vacated. This fee does not award the guest possession of the home after checkout.

Security Deposit:

- Security deposit maybe requested on case by case basis. We will request additional charge after confirmation and refund the amount 1 day after check-out if no issues are found. If deposit request is not fulfilled 1 day prior to the stay, it will be a violation of house rule and the reservation will be subject to cancellation.

Trash:

Trash pickup day is every Monday and Thursday morning. If it's during your stay, please help us push the trash bins to the curb on Sunday and/or Wednesday, and pull it back after they were emptied. Thank you so much for your help.

Clean:

Before leaving, place all your dirty dishes in the dishwasher & run a cycle. There is a $50 housekeeping charge for leaving behind unwashed dishes. Extra $50 housekeeping charge also applies to excessive spills in oven.
